Nutritional Approach To Aging Free Radicals
Health Through
Balanced Nutrition
Function:
Energizer, Rejuvenator and
Revitalizer
Nutrevive:
Has taken more than five
years to develop with the help of nutritionists, biologists and
researchers. We have created a synergistic nutritional food complex that
has excellent food value and may aid the numerous physiological needs of the
human body.
According
to the free radical scientific theory, radicals damage cells in an
organism, causing aging.
(Blache, D. and M. Prost. 1992. Free radical attack)
By
eliminating free radicals from cells
through dietary means, laboratories have extended the maximum age of
laboratory animals.
Dietary
antioxidants disarm free radicals
through a number of different mechanisms.
Nutrevive provides a broad
spectrum of natural antioxidants
maintain cell
integrity and protection against free radical
damage in every cell of the body.
Ingredients:
Whey protein isolate and colostrum immune
factors, germinated biological spelt and kamut seeds, plant extracts,
minerals and micro-nutrients, digestive enzymes and live yogurt type
cultures,
acerola-a vitamin-c source, enzymes, organic chromium, selenium and zinc.

Antioxidants Maintain Cell Integrity
Colostrum and Whey Protein Isolate
have been researched
and demonstrated
anti-aging effect by stimulating cell regeneration and the immune system
and significantly reactivate the cellular activity of the collagen. (New England Journal of
Medicine)
Organic Zinc:
Zinc has been
researched and demonstrated to be effective
in treating skin problems, and may have an anti-inflammatory function.
Zinc is one of the micro-nutrients used to treat skin problems such as
boils, bedsores, general dermatitis and acne. Psoriasis is even
occasionally responsive to zinc supplementation. Zinc may have an
anti-inflammatory function, especially in the joints and artery linings.
(Walsh C., Sandstead
H., Prasad A., Newberne P., Fraker J., 1994)
Lactobacillus
acidophilus and Bifidobacterium:
It is now well-documented
that many lactic bacteria species (yogurt cultures) are essential or
desirable for good health. In brief, they have the following actions:
Inhibit the growth of pathogenic and putrefactive bacteria and yeast.
Accelerate bowel movements and promote regularity. Help alleviate lactose
intolerance. Make food more digestible. Stimulate the immune system.
(1995 Dr. N. V. Kharchenko of the Academy of
Post-Graduate Medicine)
Organic
Selenium
is an essential trace
element which occurs
in cereals and primarily in
the form of selenomethionine. This naturally occurring amino acid is the
most important food form of selenium.
Selenomethionine is well
absorbed and retained. From selenomethionine, all other needed selenium
compounds are produced in the body. On the other hand, selenomethionine,
like its sulfur analog, methionine, cannot be synthesized efficiently in
the human organism.
All quality nutritional
selenium supplements should therefore contain selenomethionine.
Acerola's
use is mostly
associated with its high content of vitamin C, which has long held
sustained attention in conventional and alternative health practices as a
great antioxidant. Acerola also contains ascorbic acid,
3-methyl-3-butenol, dehydroascorbic acid, calcium, dextrose, diketogulonic
acid, fructose, furfural, hexadecanoic acid, iron, magnesium, l-malic
acid, niacin, pantothenic acid, phosphorus, potassium, protein,
riboflavin, sucrose, thiamine, limonene
Spelt
which
biologically resembles wheat, is the ancient food referred to in the Old
Testament. Spelt contains more vitamins B-1 and B-2 than other grains as
well as magnesium and iron. It is easily digested, highly soluble, and
many wheat-sensitive individuals seem to tolerate it very well.
Kamut
is the ancient wheat
of Egypt. Each kernel is two to three times the size of a wheat kernel.
Kamut is a nutrition powerhouse – it averages 17 percent protein (common
wheat averages 8–10 percent), and higher levels of most vitamins and
minerals than wheat. It is also extremely rich in amino acids and fatty
acids.
